Client case study · RX London

They were burning out. We gave them the tools to change that.

A psychotherapist-led workshop programme, built on the team's own survey data and measured against it.

The challenge

A team under pressure, without the language for it

We surveyed the RX London team anonymously before designing a single session. What came back was a group of talented, driven professionals carrying real suppression, imposter syndrome and anxiety, largely without the tools to address any of it.

That's where inCorporate Therapy came in.

What the pre-survey found
92%
engaged in self-critical thoughts
79%
felt responsible for the success or failure of work tasks
58%
had experienced burnout, or knew someone close who had
“I want to help, but I don't know how.”

92% said this was their first instinct when a colleague was struggling. An empathy gap, not an empathy deficit. It became the heart of the programme.
