Incorporate Therapy Signature Programme
The 90-Day Culture Reset
A structured programme for organisations that know something needs to change and want to do it properly.
TLDR: The 90-Day Culture Reset is Incorporate Therapy’s flagship programme for organisations that want real culture change rather than a one-off training day. It runs over three phases, all led by BACP/UKCP registered psychotherapists:
Listen: find out what’s really going on through sessions, conversations and assessments, ending with an honest report.
Shift: tailored workshops and leadership support, drawing on neuroscience, CFT, DBT and psychological safety research.
Embed: make the change last, leaving the organisation with practices it can carry on without you.
Culture change is relational and people-centred work: Incorporate Therapy is clinically led. Get in touch for a free initial conversation to see if the 90-Day Culture Reset is a fit.
The Long Read
Most culture change efforts fail. Not because the people involved don't care, but because they treat culture like a project: a few training days, a new set of values on the wall, a staff survey that no one acts on. Real change doesn't work like that. It takes time, consistency, and someone willing to go beneath the surface.
The 90-Day Culture Reset is inCorporate Therapy's flagship programme. It’s particularly beneficial for organisations at turning points, like coming out of a difficult period, navigating growth, rebuilding trust after something has broken, or simply recognising that the way things feel internally doesn't match how they want to operate. It runs over three months, in three distinct phases, each one building on the last.
Phase 1: Listen
Weeks 1–4
Before anything can shift, we need to understand what's actually going on. Not the official version, or just what comes out in a town hall. The real picture, what people are carrying, what isn't being said, where the friction lives.
In this phase, we spend time with you and your people. We run facilitated sessions, small group conversations and structured assessments to build an honest, clinical picture of your organisation's current culture. We look at stress patterns, communication dynamics, psychological safety, and the gap between stated values and lived experience.
You get a clear, honest report at the end of this phase, giving you a specific account of what we found and what it means. This becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
Phase 2: Shift
Weeks 5–10
This is where the work happens. Drawing directly on what emerged in the Listen phase, we deliver a tailored programme of workshops, group sessions and individual interventions designed to begin moving things.
Each Shift programme is different, because each organisation is different. But across all of them, the work draws on the same body of evidence: neuroscience, attachment theory, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and the latest research in psychological safety, burnout prevention and trauma-informed leadership.
Workshops in this phase might include sessions on the nervous system and stress, psychological safety, burnout and recovery, compassionate team dynamics, communication under pressure, and leadership wellbeing. They are not off-the-shelf. They are adapted to what your people need, in the language that fits your context.
Alongside the group work, we also offer targeted support for managers and leaders, because we know that culture change that doesn't reach the people setting the tone will only go so far.
Phase 3: Embed
Weeks 11–12 and beyond
The hardest part of any culture change is making it stick.
In the Embed phase, we work with you to build the conditions for lasting change. That means reviewing what has shifted and what still needs attention, developing internal frameworks and practices your team can carry forward without us, and identifying where ongoing support would make the biggest difference.
We leave you with a clear picture of where you started, where you are now, and what the next chapter of this work looks like, whether that continues with inCorporate Therapy or is carried forward independently.
What makes this different
There are plenty of wellbeing providers. What there aren't many of are psychotherapist-led programmes that treat culture change as the clinical and relational work it actually is.
Every element of the 90-Day Culture Reset is designed and delivered by BACP and UKCP registered psychotherapists. That means the workshops are grounded in genuine clinical frameworks, not adapted self-help. It means the facilitators understand trauma, attachment, and group dynamics in depth, not just in theory. And it means that when something difficult surfaces in a session, as it often does in this work, the person in the room knows how to hold it.
We also understand that you are running an organisation. We work around your people and your calendar. We are direct with you when things are hard. And we don't oversell what 90 days can do, but we know from experience what it can begin.
Who it's for
The 90-Day Culture Reset works best for organisations of between 10 and 250 people where there is genuine appetite for change at leadership level. It is delivered across sectors including tech, creative industries, financial services, the third sector and healthcare.
It is particularly well suited to organisations that are:
Coming out of a period of significant stress, conflict or change
Growing quickly and finding that culture hasn't kept pace
Experiencing high turnover, low engagement or persistent team difficulties
Committed to psychological safety but unsure how to build it in practice
Ready to look honestly at how things really are, not just how they appear
What it costs
The 90-Day Culture Reset is priced according to organisation size and the specific shape of the programme. We don't publish fixed prices because we don't offer fixed programmes. What you pay reflects what you actually need, not a package that's been padded to justify a number.
What we can say: this is an investment, and it is priced as one. Organisations that come to us are typically those who have tried cheaper alternatives and found them wanting, or who understand from the outset that meaningful change requires meaningful commitment.
We offer an initial conversation, free, with no obligation, to understand your situation and give you an honest view of whether this programme is right for you.
